Eric and his wife welcomed a new baby last night and so he will not be able to welcome you all to class on Monday, August 25th. In lieu of coming to class please do the following:
Try downloading and running the MARS simulator. In order to run it, you need to have a Java development environment already installed on your computer, which you might already have. If not, you can follow these instructions. While this might not work for everyone, please give it a shot.
Work on this small warm-up exercise. I was planning to spend a few minutes in the first class having you work on it in groups, but try it on your own and write down your solution or ideas to bring to the next class meeting.
